Sex is not dentistry the slick filling of aches & cavities
Celibacy is underrated. Just ask me, or my best friend Henry Rollins. The fact that I have been abstaining from sex for the past three years may come as a surprise to you if you know me from the internet, from the erotic magazine I’ve edited for the past five years, or from the various horny poems I’ve written. I get it. But writing about sex and having it are two very different things. I’d already been uninterested in dating for a while, having done entirely too much of it in my twenties. Sort of like drugs in that way, the same kind of addiction. So, the choice to stop having sex wasn’t that hard either, especially during a pandemic.
